A welcome sunny day for a run down the Exe from Bolham to Tiverton. This is a mainly flat paddle with weirs the first of which is well worth avoiding in high water levels! Today however the river was low so we were able to shoot it. The salmon ponds are a series of steps alongside one of the largest weirs before Tiverton is reached and are always good fun.
